OTIS Gives Back

Bonus Dividend and Interest Refund
On January 1, 2021, OTIS Federal Credit Union returned $347,795.58 to members via a 6% Bonus Dividend and Interest Refund. Over the past sixteen years, the Credit Union has returned over $5,491,449 to both its savers and borrowers via this annual practice. OTIS FCU’s Bonus Dividend and Interest Refund program remains the only one of its kind statewide, and rewards members in proportion to their economic participation in the Credit Union. It's one more way that we're working to keep more of your hard-earned money in your pocket, and in our community.
Ending Hunger in Maine
OTIS Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that it raised a total of $15,518.20 for the Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger over the course of the 2021 calendar year. After receiving an additional contribution of $799.27 from the Maine Credit Union League, OTIS FCU will have $16,317.47 at its disposal to distribute to community hunger organizations within its field of membership throughout 2022. One hundred percent of the funds raised by the Credit Union for the Campaign for Ending Hunger stay local.
